Job Purpose

  • Assisting the Sr. Accountant in all areas of accounting and control functions, including day-to-day accounting process.

Major Responsibilities

  • To independently manage the Accounting from trial balance to Balance Sheet with emphasis on Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow and to report to the Senior Accountants concerned enabling timely submission of monthly Reports to the Management.

Required Experience, Skills and knowledge:

Major Responsibilities

    Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales consultant, centralise all orders, check that cars due for delivery go through the PDI process and are ready for customer pick up.
  • Inspect cars when received from logistics to ensure that there is no damage and all relevant documentation is with each vehicle.
  • Demonstration Vehicles

  • Ensure that the correct documentation is kept with each demonstration vehicle.
  • Check that customers have provided driving licence and all documentation has been completed prior to every test drive.
  • Monitor the mileage and condition of demonstration vehicles and arrange for servicing and cleaning when required.

3. Assistant Service Manager

Location - Fujairah

Major Responsibilities

  • To calculate and manage the effective use of workshop resources for the Service Centre.
  • Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilizing available skills mix.
  • Identify individual training and development needs.
  • Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicle progress.
  • Manage workshop standards in accordance with HSO requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues in line with Service Centre standard and customer expectations. Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of Brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Service Centre.
  • Maintain and develop own skills and technical knowledge. Agree development plan with line manager.
  • Interact with members of other departments to develop an Service Centre team culture.

Required Education/Qualification, knowledge and Experience:

  • Management Degree - Desirable.
  • Significant experience, 5+ years, working at similar position for a European car manufacturer.
  • Track record of substantial customer relation management experience and leadership skills.
  • German cars repair and service experience – desirable

4. Cashier

Location - Fujairah

Major Responsibilities

  • Take cash payments from customers, coordinate with the sales department, ensuring that the correct amount has been received, prepare all documentation required, ensuring that this is done in a customer orientated manner..
  • Receive finance cheques from banks, commercial companies, and lease customers; ensure all relevant documentation is completed to allow for accuracy of reports.
  • Prepare documentation required to deposit cash and cheques ensuring that monies are allocated to the correct bank accounts, as advised by the Finance Manager
  • Maintain petty cash levels, ensuring levels do not fall below minimum set, requesting cash when required. Deliver employees or visitors to their desired destination with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required detailing the mix of cash and cheques.

Required Experience, Skills and knowledge:

  • High School / O Levels with minimum knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Computer literacy.
