A. HR Executive (Recruitment)
Location - Dubai
Responsible for recruitment activities and supporting development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. To complete HR administration requirements, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports to advice on recruitment and on-boarding status.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manpower & recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, recruitment agencies, trade groups and employees.
- Coordinate and implement local and overseas recruiting initiatives.
- HRIS Reports namely - Recruiters and head hunters, applicants interview, selection and on-boarding status, pre-screening interviews.
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
Required Education/Qualification, knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor/Master’s degree with specialization in HR, Human Resources Certification (CIPD, GPHR etc) preferred.

Five years of human resources experience required; three years of human resources corporate Manpower Planning & Recruiting experience preferred.

Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices, specially UAE.

Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, campus visits, and career fairs and maintain flexible work schedule.

Major Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities
- Take documentation to register vehicles to the RTA department as directed by the Brand Manager or Sales Consultant.
- Ensure that all documentation is correct and that only one visit is required.
